Do you offer any product warranty or guarantee?

Currently, our products do not carry a manufacturer warranty, but we guarantee product quality. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll replace it or refund you as per our Return & Refund Policy.

Are product images accurate?

We do our best to display true product colors and details, but slight variations may occur due to lighting or screen differences.

Are all your products original and brand new?

Yes! Every product sold at Primium Essentials is 100% authentic, brand new, and carefully quality-checked before being packed and shipped.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will delivery take?

We process all orders within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on your location.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders above ₹500 qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹500, a small shipping charge will apply at checkout.

Where do you ship?

We ship across all parts of India, reaching cities, towns, and most rural areas through trusted courier partners including Bluedart, DTDC, Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Ekart, and Amazon Shipping to ensure safe and timely delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email and SMS. You can also check your status anytime on our Order Tracking Page.

Payment-Related

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment options, including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, COD is available for most orders! Please note that COD orders require quick verification by phone before dispatch.

Are my online payments secure?

Absolutely! All payments are securely processed through PhonePe (Shopify-integrated gateway) with full encryption. Your data is always protected.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery for most items.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and supported by a mandatory unboxing video.

Please note that Beauty and Personal Care products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Who pays for return shipping?

A flat ₹100 return shipping fee is applicable for customer-initiated returns. If the product was damaged or incorrect, we’ll handle the cost.

How do I request a return or exchange?

Contact us via Email or WhatsApp with your order number, unboxing video, and issue details. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return or exchange process.
